This is your chance to practice some card play scenarios. There isn't always a right or wrong answer but have fun trying to solve them anyway. I have given points according to my reasons given.
Sometimes when you use the bridge starter system, you have to also give in to your gut.
Have a go and see how good a bridge player you are.
Q1 Your opponents are in a 6 no trumps contract. You and your partner did not bid and it is your lead. What do you play?

Q2 You are in a 2 no trumps contract. Once you have taken the first trick with the ace of spades, what is your next play?

Q3 You are in a 5 clubs contract. Once you have taken the first trick with the ace of spades, what is your next play?

Q4 Your opponents won the contract at 3 no trumps. You are south and the first bid was by East, on your right, which was 1 spade. What do you lead?

Q5 East opens the bidding with 5 diamonds. You are south and the next to bid. Should you double?

Q6 In the same hand as the last one, how many tricks can you expect to take?

Q7 You are North and you need to win 2 of the last three tricks. It is your lead, what do you play?

Q8 You are North, to lead and you need to win 2 of the spades to make your contract. How do you do it?
